Standard Bathroom Renovation Package from $20,000 +GST
Listed below are the standard package inclusions
We will remove your existing bathroom fixtures including shower screens, vanity unit, bathtub, existing taps etc. We will remove existing ceramic tiles and wall sheeting underneath ceramic tiles, vacuum and clean any debris.
We will modify existing plumbing and drainage to suit new plumbing design, we will install shower mixers body into the wall.
We will pre-wire electrical cables for power points and lights.
We will use villa board to cover walls and ceramic tiles underlay on timber floors before waterproofing.
We will prepare floor and walls for waterproofing and apply polyurethane waterproofing material.
Our tiler will be in to start placing bedding sand on the floor and continue with the tiling job. We will bring samples of tiles for your selection.
After the tiling job is completed, we will install a client approved vanity unit.
Our shower screen supplying company will measure shower screens for custom built manufacturing processes.
We will repaint the complete interior of the bathroom.
